Terms of Service

1. What DangerStorm Is

DangerStorm is a tool that helps you turn product ideas into pitch deck prompts, landing page copy, and build prompts using AI. It is provided by DangerStorm

2. Your Account

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. One account per person.

3. Your Content

You own your ideas. Everything you create on DangerStorm — product concepts, generated prompts, landing page copy, build prompts — belongs to you. We claim no ownership or license over your content beyond what's needed to operate the service.

4. What You Can Do

• Use the generated outputs for any personal or commercial purpose.
• Save, export, and share your outputs freely.
• Delete your ideas at any time.

5. What You Can't Do

• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• Use automated tools to bulk-generate content.

6. Free & Pro Tiers

The free tier allows up to 99 saved ideas. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. AI-Generated Content

Outputs are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use. DangerStorm does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content.

8. Availability

We aim to keep DangerStorm available 24/7 but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service at any time. We will attempt to provide notice for significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

DangerStorm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DangerStorm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
