Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address and display name from your Google account. We also store the product ideas and outputs you create while using DangerStorm.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Authentication: Your email and name are used to identify your account and display your profile.
• Product ideas: Your conversations, domain names, and generated outputs are stored so you can access and manage them from your dashboard.
• AI processing: Your conversation messages are sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) to generate pitch deck prompts and related outputs. Anthropic does not use API inputs for training.

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not use your product ideas for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
• We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth: Used for sign-in. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: Hosts our database and authentication. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude API): Processes your conversations. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: Processes payments for Pro subscriptions. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Access is protected by row-level security policies tied to your authenticated account. We use HTTPS for all communications.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete individual ideas from your dashboard at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above.
